Rental Protection Plan

Our Protection Plan has the potential to save you thousands of dollars in unforeseen expenses and insurance claims should unexpected damage or loss occur to your tools or equipment.

This plan is applicable to most of our rental offerings and is available for a nominal percentage of the rental fee.

While industry competitors provide similar plans, many require renters to sign a damage waiver for rented equipment, and the level of coverage can vary significantly. In fact, most of these plans offer limited, if any, real protection. We believe that the our Protection Plan will serve as a valuable benefit for you, our customer.

Please keep in mind that our protection plan excludes damage resulting from the customer's violation of the rental contract, gross negligence, and misuse or abuse of rented equipment.

If you prefer not to limit your liability under our Protection Plan, you may request your insurance company to issue a certificate of insurance designating Double Mountain Equipment and Rentals, LLC., as a loss payee on your rented equipment policy and as an additional insured on your general liability policy, and we will be happy to eliminate this coverage from future rentals.
